### Horrific Crime in Luxor: Egyptian Man Decapitates Neighbor and Drinks His Blood

A gruesome murder occurred in Luxor, Egypt, when a young man with apparent psychological issues brutally killed his elderly neighbor by decapitating him in the middle of the street.

The incident was reported to the police by the head of the Luxor security department, Major General Mohamed El-Sawy, after receiving a distress call. The victim, an elderly man, was gruesomely killed with a knife in full view of passersby, and the perpetrator paraded the decapitated head down the street while drinking the victim’s blood.

A circulating video of the incident showed the young man carrying the head of the victim and walking in the street, drinking from the blood of his victim. The horrifying act drew comparisons to a notorious crime in Ismailia, where a similar brutal murder had occurred.

Residents of Abu Al-Joud, the area where the crime took place, stated that the young man had been involved in an argument before suddenly taking a knife and killing the elderly neighbor in cold blood. He then walked around the street, holding the severed head and drinking the blood in a disturbing display.

The Luxor police department quickly responded, initiating an investigation into the shocking crime. A report was filed, and the public prosecutor has launched an investigation into the case, under the supervision of the Chief Prosecutor of Luxor.

The incident has sparked widespread outrage on social media platforms, with users expressing their shock and disbelief. One user on the "X" platform wrote: "A scene that chills you to the bone and shocks the soul, a young man decapitates his neighbor in broad daylight in Luxor... I can’t even bring myself to share the video, it's so horrifying. May Allah guide us."
