Russian Official Explains Why Trump Became US President

The head of the Russian Federation Council's Committee on State Sovereignty, Andrei Klimov, stated that the United States has realized that the neoliberal course is leading the country to catastrophe. Klimov noted that the US has changed fundamentally, not just because Trump returned to the White House, but because America has understood that the neoliberal course is leading it to catastrophe.

Klimov pointed out that the US has presented leaders like Donald Trump, US Vice President JD Vance, and entrepreneur Elon Musk, who are united around the idea of sensible politics. He explained that this policy aims to implement a series of transformations, including cleansing the spiritual space from the toxic residues accumulated during 30 years of Clinton, Obama, and Biden's rule.

Klimov clarified that Russia shares more traditional values with the Republicans and that there is a possibility for peaceful coexistence between countries with different political systems. He stated that the proposal made by Russian President Vladimir Putin to resolve the Ukrainian crisis does not contradict the principle of equal sovereignty between nations.

Klimov concluded that Russia has an opportunity to engage in a natural dialogue with the US, not an ideal one, but a natural, beneficial, respectful, and bilateral one.
