Egyptian Man Kills Father, Sets Body on Fire in Shocking Crime
In a horrific crime, a young man in Egypt's Dakahlia governorate killed his father and set his body on fire in an attempt to conceal the crime. The incident occurred in the village of Mit Gharab, where the father's charred body was found in a field.
Preliminary Investigations
According to initial investigations, the young man had a disagreement with his father over the sale of their farm animals. The dispute escalated, leading the son to kill his father and dispose of his body. The son enlisted the help of a friend, and together they placed the body in a car, along with some furniture, and set it on fire in a field.
Arrest of the Suspect
The police in Senbelaouin were able to apprehend the suspect and his friend, and during questioning, the suspect confessed to the crime. A report was filed, and the case was referred to the prosecution for further investigation.
